Defence Secretary Michael Fallon ordered the extraordinary use of military force in Syria without parliamentary authority to kill former Cardiff schoolboy Reyaad Khan, 21, (bottom left) who was accused of plotting bloody attacks on the streets of Britain. Two other fanatics were also killed, including British national Ruhul Amin (bottom right). Khan may have been on a Government 'kill list' with at least ten British ISIS fighters on it, including executioner in chief Mohammed Emwazi, known as Jihadi John (main picture).
